Saturday 30th November, 2-4pm

In this workshop we interlaced  lessons from The Buddha Dharma that offer techniques for living a truly balanced life; one that is fully awake, aware and able to respond skilfully. We explored together the Four Foundations of Mindfulness using our Yin Yoga practice as a container for this exploration. The workshop encouraging a yielding in the body, a softening, a letting go through mindfulness, which in turn will facilitate a deeper self inquiry and increase our ability to lean into compassion, not only towards ourselves but those around us also.
